Mr. LU Rui Feng - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lu, aged 41, was appointed director of the Company in May 2002. Mr. Lu is the chairman and executive director of Zhong Bao Ke Kong Investment Limited, an “A” share company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which is principally engaged in production and sales of gem and diamond jewellery, as well as exploration for rare metals and precious stones. Trained as an electrical engineer, Mr. Lu is an executive director of various media/telecom companies in the PRC including CHINAonline Group, ChinaCast TV Ltd. and Chinacable Allmedia Co., Ltd.

Mr. YIU Hoi Ying - Executive Director
Mr. YIU Hoi Ying has extensive experience in business operation and management, of which he has spent 10 years in marketing and project management in the field of hi-tech communications. Mr. YIU holds a master degree in business administration from Utah State University of the U.S.. He was head of the marketing division of Mountain West Inc. in the U.S. overseeing the North American market, deputy managing director (Asia region) of Penrod International Inc. in the U.S. and executive vice president (Asia region) of DigiMedia Group Corporation. Mr. YIU is currently a director of Everbright-Penrod Technology Limited, a subsidiary of China Everbright Group.

Mr. LU Ning
Mr. LU Ning is a well-known entrepreneur in China¡¦s microelectronics industry. He has been in the industry for 22 years and is a veteran in operation management. Mr. LU Ning holds respectively a Master degree in Engineering and Business Administration conferred by Ching Hua University. He was the Deputy Director of Huajin Corporation, the largest integrated circuit manufacturer in China, and an important management member of Shanghai Belling Co. Ltd., a listed company in China. Mr. LU Ning is currently the Vice Chairman of Hua Yue Microelectronics Co. Ltd., Executive Director of Zhong Dian Hua Qing Microelectronics Engineering Center Ltd., Vice Chairman of China Semiconductor Industry Association as well as Integrated Circuit Branch Office, Chairman of China Management Science Institute, and a part-time professor at the Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering.

Mr. LI Chun
Mr. LI Chun is a reputable lawyer in China and has been practising for more than 22 years. Mr. LI Chun holds a master degree in International Economic Law conferred by Jilin University. He was a Director of Jurisprudence Research Institute of Jilin Provincial Academy of Social Sciences. He was also the Chief Legal Counsel of China Merchants Group, She Kou Industrial Zone and the Deputy General Manager and Chief Legal Counsel of Shenzhen Asset and Equity Exchange. Mr. LI Chun served as a member of the Listing Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Mr. LI Chun specialises in corporate and commercial law and is currently the Managing Partner of Grandall Legal Group, one of the leading law firms in China. Both Mr. LU Ning and Mr. LI Chun have no interest in the shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and are not connected with any directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of the Company.
