1.	Download the Customer's Agreement & Account Opening Form:
	Telephone Clients or Online Trading Clients. After printing the forms, please fill in all the blanks and sign in the hard copy of the Agreement.
2.	Return the Completed forms and required documents to our office in person.    Or：Return the Agreement by registered mail to Mansion House Securities (F.E.) Ltd,  in this case, to acertain the true identity of our applicant, this Agreement should be witnessed by notary public or recognized and qualified professional where the witness section on the Agreement is required duly signed and completed.
3.	The following documents are required to provide for opening accounts:
	For personal accounts 　 1.Identity card, if client is not Hong Kong resident, please provide passport or    Hong Kong and Macao SAR Travel Permits. 　 2.Evidence of address, e.g. utilities bills, bank statements within the recent three (3) months. * If not return the form in person, please attached a crossed cheque/ cashier order made payable to "Mansion House Securities (F.E.) Ltd."  the amount must be above HKD10,000 and the signature on the cheque should be exactly the same as that sign on the Account Opening Form, the cheque is only used for verification of identity and signature, all the money would be deposited to client's account with us when the account is opened successfully. 　 　 　 For corporate accounts 　 Certified true copy of the following documents: 　 1.identity card(s) or passport(s) of authorized signatory(ies) and director(s) 　 2.memorandum and articles of association and amending resolutions (if any) 　 3.certificate of incorporation 　 4.business registration certificate 　 5.certificate (if any) to commence business (in the case of a public company) 　 6.board minutes approving the opening of an account with Mansion House Securities (F.E.) Ltd. 　 7.evidence of correspondence address within the recent three (3) months
